Donated land for the new complex inside Seymour Smith Park, 6802 Harrison Street. After the complex is built, it will be owned by the Parks Department, but maintained and operated by ALLPLAY Foundation.

Bruce Froendt - ALLPLAY FOUNDATION President
ALLPLAY Foundation was founded and is led by Omahan Bruce Froendt, past President of TransFirst ePayment Services and an internationally accomplished disabled sports athlete. Bruce was paralyzed in a swimming accident shortly after he graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1983. While building his career in the field of credit card and data processing, Bruce became passionate about wheelchair athletics - especially track & field and softball. He has completed 15 marathons to date, and won a bronze medal representing the United States at the 1988 Paralympic Games in Seoul,Korea.
More recently he has helped lead the Nebraska Barons wheelchair softball team to four national wheelchair softball championships and is the current president of the National Wheelchair Softball Association.

- Don Wrieth of Kiewit Building Group completed the construction cost proposal and building the complex.
- Dennis Dugan and Eric Crouch of Crouch Recreational Design helped with estimates for the playground and other structural components of the complex.
