How much will it cost?

ALLPLAY Complex has been designed to be build in two phases.  $800,000 has been pledged to complete phase I.  Phase II is currently unfunded, and donors are being sought.

Phase I :   $802,500

Site Preparation - $200,000

Tree removal, grading, drainage system installation, terracing, ground prep, side walks, common area, design, survey, permits

Asphalt base, colored rubber surface, fence, player bench areas, gates, fence topper, bleachers

Parking lot - $102,50022 handicapped and 8 regular parking spaces, sidewalk, signage

 

Phase II: $600,000 est.

Final ground prep, asphalt sub-surface, colored rubber surface, playground equipment, installation, connecting sidewalk, permits

Other Features - $200,000

Family pavilion, storage shed, batting cage, scoreboards, electrical service, concrete, park monument, sound system, restroom renovations, etc.

The ALLPLAY Foundation's goal is to raise $2 million to build ALLPLAY Park and to provide a program funding endowment and ongoing maintenance and operations.
